Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SafetyBooksOnline (safetybooksonline.co.za), an online store owned and operated by Red Studios Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following business rules and operational frameworks:

1. Minimum Order Requirements

We specialize in custom bulk compliance printing. By placing an order, you agree to the strict minimum order quantities set for each book dimension:

• A3 Books: Minimum of 4 books per order.

• A4 Books: Minimum of 6 books per order.

• A5 Books: Minimum of 10 books per order.

• A6 Books: Minimum of 12 books per order.

2. Shipping & Delivery Tiers

We utilize weight-based shipping metrics calculated automatically at checkout to accommodate heavy paper packaging:

• Automated Shipping Tiers: Shipping fees scale across dynamic brackets (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, Double XL, and Triple XL) up to a max single-consignment capacity of 60 kg (approximately 111 books).

• Bulk Freight Over 60 kg: Orders exceeding 60 kg do not qualify for flat-rate pricing. You must select the "Bulk Freight (We will email you a separate shipping invoice before dispatch)" option at checkout. A road-freight courier invoice will be manually calculated and emailed to you. Production or dispatch will not proceed until this secondary shipping invoice is settled.

• Delivery Liability: We pack all books inside heavy-duty protective materials, but we are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier operations or remote/regional area scheduling.

3. Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

• All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Proof of Payment: Upon checking out, our bank details will be shared. A valid bank-generated proof of payment must be emailed to orders@safetybooksonline.co.za within 48 hours to secure your print slot. [1]

• Production Lead Times: Production will only commence once funds fully clear and reflect in our bank account. We do not accept screenshots or immediate-payment notifications as print authorization if funds are not yet visible.

• Transfer Delays: We are not liable for scheduling delays caused by inter-bank clearing windows. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend utilizing your bank's 'Immediate Payment' feature.

• Once funds reflect and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

4. Specifications & Design Liability

• Our premium duplicate NCR books are manufactured using heavy-duty 40 -60gsm carbonless sheets.

• Because items are custom-printed according to industry specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong size or providing incorrect layout text).

• It is the customer's sole responsibility to proofread all text, log layouts, and artwork files prior to submittal. We are not liable for errors present in user-submitted documents.
