Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom-manufactured nature of the safety registers, pre-use checklists, and security logbooks sold on safetybooksonline.co.za, we enforce a strict No Refunds, No Returns, and No Cancellations policy once production has commenced.

1. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We do not offer credits, refunds, or free reprints for:

• Text & Design Layout Flaws: Omissions, typos, low-resolution logos, or formatting issues embedded inside artwork uploaded or approved by the customer.

• Size or Option Discrepancies: Selecting the wrong physical size template (e.g., purchasing A5 variations instead of A4 variations).

• Change of Mind: Decisions to cancel or alter print counts after production steps have been initiated.

• Unpaid Bulk Shipping: Refusal to pay the secondary manual shipping invoice generated for orders exceeding 60 kg.

2. Verified Manufacturing Faults

If we make an explicit binding or printing mistake on our end, we will fix it immediately:

• Reporting Window: Structural flaws or print errors must be reported via email within 7 days of courier arrival.

• Verification: Please email your order number alongside photographic or video evidence of the mistake to holy@safetybooksonline.co.za.

• Remedy: Verified defects qualify for a prioritized, complimentary reprint and dispatch. We do not issue cash refunds; our remediation is strictly limited to replacing the flawed print batch
