• Contact Data: Email addresses, active telephone lines, and physical delivery coordinates.

• Financial Verification: Manual bank transfer details and electronic proof of payment attachments.

• Intellectual Property: Proprietary logos, check-lists, corporate formatting layouts, and operational texts provided for customized book production.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your details are used solely to run our store effectively: compiling custom binding runs, issuing manual invoices, generating courier delivery waybills, and communicating bulk road freight rate estimates. [1]

3. Data Storage & Third Parties

• We do not sell or lease corporate data directories. Necessary logistics data (name, cell number, address) is shared exclusively with third-party courier services for locker-to-door or freight drop-offs.

• Artwork Archiving: We securely archive custom print plates and layout designs so your future corporate re-ordering processes are seamless. You may request permanent deletion of these assets post-delivery via an email request.
